Davisson Wu |

Davisson Wu has over 15 years of experience managing corporations and consulting with emerging companies on organization structure and corporate development. Mr. Wu began his career in 1989 with Starts Corporation, a Tokyo Stock Exchange member firm. In 1994, Mr. Wu founded, and is now the sole owner and Chairman of Shandong Jimswood Industrial Co., Ltd. (JICL), a China-based stone care company which has since become one of the leading domestic stone care companies, completing projects for the Chinese Pentagon, all major airports and train stations, high-end hotels and office buildings, and landmarks such as the Chinese Military Historical Museum (at Tian’an Men Square) and Hong Kong Disney. Mr. Wu has been a member of the Board for several private and public Chinese companies. Mr. Wu received his post-graduate degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University Economics and Management School, his MA degree from UCLA Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning, and a BA with honors in Economics from UCLA. |

Henry Ka |
 |
Henry Ka is currently serving as the managing director of finance at Regenesis Power LLC, a developer and operator of solar photovoltaic projects and mass-distributed domestic solar thermal programs in the US. Prior to joining Regenesis Power, he spent the past 11 years as a banker in various capacities. Most recently, he served as Director of UBS’ Asia Desk where he developed the Venture Capital and Private Equity Banking practice under the Wealth Management platform for US domestic and offshore funds with a specialization in funds invested in the Greater China Region and sourcing investment banking deals for Asia and the Americas. Prior to UBS, he was in charge of the private equity banking department at BorelPrivate Bank & Trust. Other experiences include roles at institutions like Comerica Bank and Morgan Stanley specializing in institutional fixed-income, restricted securities trading, and corporate benefits planning. Henry's past affiliations include Asia Silicon Valley Connection, Mercury Resources Group, and the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association. Henry earned an MBA from Boston University and a B.S from UC San Diego. |

Johnnie Cheng |

Johnnie Cheng, a partner and co-founder of Sky Lantern Management Consultant Limited, specializes in capital markets with a focus on privately-held Chinese companies listing abroad. Previously, Mr. Cheng spent 10 years in commercial sectors in various senior management roles, including General Manager at Hutchison Whampoa Properties Limited (one of the largest land developers in Hong Kong and China), Chief Financial Officer at Singapore listed Wah Shing International Holdings Limited (a consumer product company), Chief Financial Officer at Hong Kong listed SaSa International Holdings Limited (the largest cosmetics retailing company in Hong Kong), and Chief Executive Officer at i-Design Limited. Prior to the commercial experience, Mr. Cheng was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent over 12 years as an audit professional stationed in Salt Lake City, Tokyo and Hong Kong. While working at PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong, Mr. Cheng led the first IPO listing of a Mainland Chinese company (i.e. the H shares) in the Hong Kong stock exchange in 1993. This ground breaking IPO listing became the road map for subsequent oversea listings of Mainland Chinese companies. Mr. Cheng speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese and has been living in China since 2005. Mr. Cheng is a certified public accountant and a member of AICPA and HKICPA. Mr. Cheng earned his MBA and Masters of Accounting from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Utah. |
