Dr. Warren Wang joined Avant Capital Group, Inc. in 2009 as Venture Partner. Dr. Wang currently serves as Partner Executive Director with Greenstone Investment, where he played leading roles in the funding and IPO processes of Zhongpin Inc. (Nasdaq: HOGS) and China Solar & Clean Energy Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSOL). Prior to joining Greenstone, he served for 7 years as Chief Representative, China, for Transpac Capital, one of the largest private equity firms in Asia-Pacific region, where he played important roles in the successful investments in companies such as Alibaba.com (HKSE:1688), and also in the IPO processes and M&A activities of portfolio companies. Dr. Wang was formerly the General Manager with two key divisions of NEC (China). Before joining NEC in 1997, he spent two years as a researcher with Electrotechnical Lab (ETL), Japan's most renowned and leading electronics research institute. Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from University of Tsukuba, Japan, and a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China . He is fluent in English, Japanese and Chinese. |

Mr. Marvin Lai is a co-Chairman of the Venture Committee of Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA). Mr. Lai has over 23 years of experience in financial services (VC/PE), technologies and consumer sectors. Prior to co-chairing the venture committee of HKVCA, Mr. Lai was a principal at a family office, where he was responsible for managing its principal investment businesses in Asia and overseeing investments in telecommunications, consumption, and technology fields. Mr. Lai is a Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Director (FHKIoD), Member of Hong Kong Securities Institute (MHKSI), and Professional Manager (PMgr) designation by HKMA. Mr. LAI is a regular contributor to China Venture Capitalist Confidence Index (Bloomberg ticker symbol: CVCCI) and a frequent guest speaker at various associations, professional institutions and universities including MBA programs at Hong Kong Chinese University, City University, and others. Mr. LAI holds EMBA from INSEAD and Beijing Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, M.Sc. in Financial Management from University of London and Engineering degrees from Johns Hopkins University and Columbia University. |

Davisson Wu joined Avant Capital Group as Advisor in 2010. Mr. Wu has over 15 years of experience managing corporations and consulting with emerging companies on organization structure and corporate development. Mr. Wu began his career in 1989 with Starts Corporation, a Tokyo Stock Exchange member firm. In 1994, Mr. Wu founded, and is now the sole owner and Chairman of Shandong Jimswood Industrial Co., Ltd. (JICL), a China-based stone care company which has since become one of the leading domestic stone care companies, completing projects for the Chinese Pentagon, all major airports and train stations, high-end hotels and office buildings, and landmarks such as the Chinese Military Historical Museum and Hong Kong Disney. Mr. Wu has been a member of the Board for several private and public Chinese companies. Prior to joining Avant Capital Group, Mr. Wu was Managing Director of Shanghai Representative Office of Antaeus Capital Inc., member of FINRA/SIPC for 4 years. Mr. Wu received his post-graduate degree in Business Administration from China’s Tsinghua University Economics and Management School, his MA degree from UCLA Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning, and a BA with honors in Economics from UCLA. |

Henry Ka is currently serving as the managing director of finance at Regenesis Power LLC, a developer and operator of solar photovoltaic projects and mass-distributed domestic solar thermal programs in the US. Prior to joining Regenesis Power, he spent the past 11 years as a banker in various capacities. Most recently, he served as Director of UBS’ Asia Desk where he developed the Venture Capital and Private Equity Banking practice under the Wealth Management platform for US domestic and offshore funds with a specialization in funds invested in the Greater China Region and sourcing investment banking deals for Asia and the Americas. Prior to UBS, he was in charge of the private equity banking department at BorelPrivate Bank & Trust. Other experiences include roles at institutions like Comerica Bank and Morgan Stanley specializing in institutional fixed-income, restricted securities trading, and corporate benefits planning. Henry's past affiliations include Asia Silicon Valley Connection, Mercury Resources Group, and the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association. Henry earned an MBA from Boston University and a B.S from UC San Diego. |

Fred joined Avant Capital Group Inc. as Venture Partner in 2010. Fred has been currently serving as country advisor to RNE S.A. , a solar projects development and fund management company in France and French African countries since 2009. Fred has 17 years experience in different areas of finance, i.e. commercial banking, trade-related financial services and risk management. Fred started his career with Bank of China’s Head Office in 1993 in different capacities like trade settlement and treasury trading etc. Fred joined TheoFinance in 2001 as Regional Managing Director and later became Executive Vice President of Payzy Corp in 2004. Fred’s other investment includes co-founding Pragmatic Trade Inc., a fashion-shoe design, manufacturing & distribution company in China and Poland in 2003. Fred received his BA degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University in English literature & Linguistics in 1993 and his MBA degree from Cranfield School of Management of the U.K. in 1999. Fred is a full-amount Chevening Scholarship Holder 1998/99 from British Government. |
