Luca ToscaniFounding Managing Partner |

Luca founded Avant Capital Group, Inc. (formerly known as Keating Asia, Inc.) in 2006 and is actively involved in all facets of the business. Prior to founding Avant Capital, he was responsible for international business development and investment banking for Keating Investments, LLC, a U.S.-based registered investment adviser. He was formerly a hedge fund manager with Medici Capital Management and an arbitrage trader at Bear Stearns in London. Luca graduated summa cum laude in 1995 from Venice University in Italy with a degree in Economics and Business. He also has two years of study in the United Kingdom, at Warwick University and University College London. |

Davisson WuManaging Partner |

Davisson Wu joined Avant Capital Group as Managing Partner in 2010. Mr. Wu has over 15 years of experience managing corporations and consulting with emerging companies on organization structure and corporate development. Mr. Wu began his career in 1989 with Starts Corporation, a Tokyo Stock Exchange member firm. In 1994, Mr. Wu founded, and is now the sole owner and Chairman of Shandong Jimswood Industrial Co., Ltd. (JICL), a China-based stone care company which has since become one of the leading domestic stone care companies, completing projects for the Chinese Pentagon, all major airports and train stations, high-end hotels and office buildings, and landmarks such as the Chinese Military Historical Museum and Hong Kong Disney. Mr. Wu has been a member of the Board for several private and public Chinese companies. Prior to joining Avant Capital Group, Mr. Wu was Managing Director of Shanghai Representative Office of Antaeus Capital Inc., member of FINRA/SIPC for 4 years. Mr. Wu received his post-graduate degree in Business Administration from China’s Tsinghua University Economics and Management School, his MA degree from UCLA Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning, and a BA with honors in Economics from UCLA. |

KC YoonVenture Partner |

KC Yoon joined Avant Capital Group, Inc. as Venture Partner in 2010. KC has over 15 years of experience as a strategy / corporate adviser plus investment professional, working across Asia from Singapore, Taiwan to Thailand. KC began his career in 1997 as a strategy consultant in Monitor Group, the Harvard Professor Michael Porter’s firm, where he provided consultancy to major MNCs across Asia in consumer, financial services and TMT. In early 2000, KC started 2 start-ups in the media and TMT space, successfully raising USD 13 million from VC 3i and USD 4 million from Singapore’s Keppel Corp / Deutsche Bank. From 2004 to 2008, KC worked for a family office (managing USD 50 million) focused on direct investments into China’s consumer-related sectors. In 2009, KC was appointed as Investment Advisor to a global top 10 mid-market PE fund – SEAVI Advent for deal sourcing in China. Recently he has been working as a strategic advisor to help create the largest Agro-Food Economic Cluster in China. KC graduated from King’s College London with MA Cantab degree and he is CFA member. |

Warren WangVenture Partner |

Dr. Warren Wang joined Avant Capital Group, Inc. in 2009 as Venture Partner. Dr. Wang currently serves as Partner Executive Director with Greenstone Investment, where he played leading roles in the funding and IPO processes of Zhongpin Inc. (Nasdaq: HOGS) and China Solar & Clean Energy Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSOL). Prior to joining Greenstone, he served for 7 years as Chief Representative, China, for Transpac Capital, one of the largest private equity firms in Asia-Pacific region, where he played important roles in the successful investments in companies such as Alibaba.com (HKSE:1688), and also in the IPO processes and M&A activities of portfolio companies. Dr. Wang was formerly the General Manager with two key divisions of NEC (China). Before joining NEC in 1997, he spent two years as a researcher with Electrotechnical Lab (ETL), Japan's most renowned and leading electronics research institute. Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from University of Tsukuba, Japan, and a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China . He is fluent in English, Japanese and Chinese. |

Fiona joined Avant Capital Group, Inc. in 2006. She has nine years of prior experience at large U.S. law firms, including Pillsbury Winthrop (San Francisco) & Wilmer Hale (Washington D.C.). Fiona graduated cum laude in 1997 from Harvard Law School with a J.D. She is a 1993 summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics. |

Andy SoPartner |

Andy So joined Avant Capital Group, Inc. in 2009 and is responsible for business development and fund raising. Prior to joining Avant Capital, Andy served as President and Board Member of New York International Health Development Corp., a joint US-China healthcare venture. He was formerly the founder and CTO of KnowEx Solutions, a venture-backed, CRM and mobile solutions provider. He has also served as a political liaison between foreign parties and Chinese Ministerial level officials in the acquisition of China State Owned Assets. Andy graduated in 1999 from New York University with a degree in Computer Science. |
